1. Interpretation and Definitions
Words with initial capitalization have meanings defined below, regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

- Input/Prompts – All text, instructions, descriptions, images, and code provided by you to the Service for the purpose of "vibe coding."
- Output – The code, text, files, or applications generated by the AI models in response to your Input.
- Personal Data – Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service – The 123go.build website and AI-assisted coding tools.
- Service Provider – Third parties (including AI Model Providers) who process data on our behalf.
- Usage Data – Data collected automatically through use of the Service.
2. Information We Collect

Vibe Coding & Content Data
To provide the Service, we collect and process the content you provide:
- Prompts and Instructions: The natural language descriptions you use to describe your code.
- Codebase Context: Snippets of existing code or file structures you provide to give the AI context.
- Generated Output: We store the code generated by the AI to allow you to view, edit, and deploy it.
Usage and Telemetry Data
- Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, and device identifiers.
- Feature Usage: AI model selection, prompt length, and code "acceptance" rates.
3. AI Model Providers & Data Processing
Our Service utilizes third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate code. Your Input and codebase context are transmitted to these providers via API:
- OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini, Gemma), Anthropic (Claude), DeepSeek, and Meta (Llama).
Training Disclosure: We do not use your Personal Data or Input to train our proprietary models. The API terms of some or all of the AI providers do not exclude user data from training. This may include the free tier of Google's AI (Gemini, Gemma) API, which does not exclude user data from training.
User Agreement: By using this service, you confirm that you have read and agree to all the individual privacy policies of the providers listed above. We do not control how these third parties process or retain data sent via their APIs.
4. Analytics, Advertising and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, analyze usage, and deliver relevant advertisements. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
We use Google Analytics and cookies to understand how visitors interact with our Service and to help us improve our product.

- AI Providers: We share prompts with providers listed in Section 3 to generate Output.
- Advertising Partners: We share data with Google and other third-party ad networks to serve relevant advertisements as described in Section 4.
- Hosting: Data is stored on secure cloud servers (e.g., AWS, Vercel, or Google Cloud).
- Affiliate Disclosure: This website may earn a commission from referrals to third-party services, such as domain registration or hosting providers. This helps us keep the AI app generation service running.
- Legal: We may disclose data if required by law or valid public authority requests.
7. Data Retention
We retain projects and prompts for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
8. International Transfers
Your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our AI providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
9. Security
We use HTTPS encryption and secure API handling. Do not include sensitive personal information (passwords, private keys) in your coding prompts.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location (GDPR, CPRA, etc.), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites linked from our Service. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
